Group Visit Introduction

In addition to individual visitor services, we offer dedicated group visit services. Group visitors enjoy personalized reception and expedited entry access. To streamline on-site registration and provide exclusive group visit benefits, the OEEG Offshore Engineering Chain Expo warmly invites industry associations and enterprises to organize group visits.

Pre-prepared visitor badges to eliminate on-site queuing (limited availability, while supplies last)
Dedicated registration counters for convenient entry
Waiver of the ¥50 admission fee
Complimentary digital exhibition catalog (limited availability, while supplies last)
Group photo taken by the official event photographer
Free round-trip shuttle service for groups of 30 or more within a 3-hour travel radius to the venue

Group Visit Application

Eligibility Criteria：

Group members must be from established leading enterprises within the industry
Association Groups: Minimum of 7 companies and 15 participants
Corporate Groups: Minimum of 15 participants
Participants should primarily be department heads from engineering, equipment, automation, procurement, R&D, process, technology, design, production, or quality departments
